Job Opening: Sales Associate (Retail) at Whitfield Clothing

Whitfield Clothing is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal advice and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for every customer who walks through our door.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing them with personal, knowledgeable advice on fashion and style.
- Helping customers find the right size and fit, so every visit ends with a smile.
- Taking care of the store presentation and displaying all clothing in an appealing way.
- Supporting daily store operations, including restocking and managing the register.
- Answering customer questions and providing excellent service, both in store and over the phone.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends.
- The ability to give personal advice and help customers find their ideal outfit.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including varying hours when needed.
