Job Opening: Sales Associate (Retail) at Whitfield Clothing

Whitfield Clothing is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in New York, NY. In this role, you'll provide personal styling advice and create an outstanding shopping experience for every customer who walks through our door.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personal, knowledgeable advice on fashion and style.
- Help customers find the right size and fit, so every visit ends with a smile.
- Maintain store presentation and display merchandise in an appealing, on-brand way.
- Support daily store operations, including restocking and operating the register.
- Answer customer questions and deliver excellent service, both in-store and over the phone.
Requirements
- Retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a good eye for style and trends.
- Ability to give personal styling advice and help customers find their ideal outfit.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
